Have you ever seen a Bible that has been loved? I saw my 91 year old grandmother’s Bible and it was a beautiful testament of His love for us. Imagine – to love and pray over a Bible - then give it away to those that may feel unloved. What a gift that would be. That is what we are doing with The Loved Bible Project. We are loving and praying over 4x6 Bibles through highlighting, writing notes, and drawing to be shared as an encouraging gift.

After spending time with the homeless in Pittsburgh, I found we are more the same than we are different. We are all searching, fighting to stay free, weary and maybe we are reaching a point where we just want to shut down. But my friends under the bridge taught me God is working in every moment of our life for the life He designed. With our trust in Him, He promises us we have a purpose.  I deliver Bibles returned to me to my friends under the bridge and pray His Word gives them shelter from the storm.
